The countertop details
Indoor use only. Set the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface with ventilation space, following the manual. Appliance dimensions are 17.4 W × 21.5 D × 10.4 H inches; they do not include operating clearances.
The selected US unit requires 120V, 1600W and a North American Type B outlet. A pizza stone and oven shelf are included; peels, gloves and cookware are separate.
THE OTHER MODES
Oven. Broil.
Dough proofing.
Oven mode offers 210–480°F for baking. Broil applies top heat for finishing and browning. Dough Proofing uses a low-temperature range of 70–100°F; its cavity light stays off.
The maximum pizza temperature belongs to pizza mode. Each cooking task uses its own settings and the product manual.
